Our History
Our History
Over 20 Years of Premier Private Aviation
In 1999, Jet Linx set out to build a private jet company that would provide the industry’s only local, personal customer service experience. We started by looking at the other companies that guarantee private jet services to their clients to see where there was room for improvement.
Other companies operate massive floating fleets from one central office to stretch and try to provide service to the masses. By doing so, their clients schedule flights through an 800 number, embark from a third party FBO, and fly on a different aircraft with different pilots every time.
In exchange for servicing the masses, these companies require their clients to deal with impersonal and unfamiliar relationships for every aspect of their experience. They are never able to get to know their clients personally and therefore cannot cater to their client’s individual needs. And the client consequently never receives the quality of service that should accompany such a high ticket item.
In order to provide the best customer service experience, Jet Linx took a fresh and localized approach.
We start by establishing a local base of operation so that we can handhold every aspect of the customer service experience. Our clients schedule their flights with a local Flight Concierge team, embark from a local private terminal, and fly on local planes with local pilots they know and trust. We localize every aspect of our business so we can focus on providing each and every client with the very best customer service experience.
A History of Our Programs
Jet Card Membership
ESTABLISHED 2004
In 2004 Jet Linx President and CEO, Jamie Walker, launched the Jet Card Membership program. This program fundamentally changed the business and cleared the way for future expansion. Before this program, Jet Linx operated a fractional program with four jets and 12 aircraft owners. The Jet Linx Jet Card program differentiated itself from other private aviation products by offering three guarantees: availability, fixed hourly rates and the highest standard of safety. These guarantees, paired with local teams offering world-class service and private terminals, helped to create Jet Linx’s modern Jet Card Membership and industry-leading business model.
Aircraft Management
ESTABLISHED 2004
After earning its own FAA Part 135 certificate to manage aircraft in 2004, Jet Linx begins offering its industry-leading aircraft management services. The Aircraft Management program, paired with the Jet Card Membership program, introduced a new era of growth and expansion for Jet Linx. The Aircraft Management program offers aircraft owners a full-service ownership experience, accomplished by offering local teams backed by a national infrastructure. By leveraging the Jet Card program as a controlled source of revenue and offering fleet discounts on fuel, maintenance, training, insurance and more, the Jet Linx Aircraft Management program provides long-term stability and turnkey service for private jet management.
Complete Aircraft Transaction
ESTABLISHED 2021
An extension of the Company’s already robust private jet Acquisitions & Sales expertise, Complete Aircraft Transaction (CAT) is the private aviation industry’s only aircraft ownership lifecycle solution on the market. From purchase to management to sale, the CAT program’s wraparound service represents the depth of Jet Linx’s operating experience, gained over more than two decades in the private aviation industry and managing more than 40 different aircraft types in all. By entering into a CAT program agreement, Jet Linx clients receive professional assistance in acquiring, managing, and selling a private aircraft.
