Accounting & Finance Careers

The Accounting and Finance department consists of two teams serving multiple functions. The corporate team’s goal is to provide accurate financial statements to the Jet Linx Executive team and Board of Directors, while the revenue team primarily serves Jet Card Members and Aircraft Owners with a large emphasis on customer service. An accounting degree is required for all candidates, but aviation experience is not necessary. Unlike an accounting firm, the Jet Linx Accounting team is exposed to all facets of finance and accounting while also working closely with pilots, maintenance, Flight Concierge, Flight Coordination and other departments as necessary.

Jet Linx team members within the revenue team must have customer service experience and an outgoing, collaborative personality. Candidates will be exposed to a broad range of accounting responsibilities and communicate directly with Jet Card Members and Aircraft Owners, demonstrating Five-Star customer service and attention to detail. The corporate team consists of more technical and specialized roles such as Payroll Accountants, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Training is provided for all roles, and in the first six months of employment a comprehensive review is provided every 30 days to track progress and chart career trajectory. The Jet Linx accounting department offers a unique opportunity for exposure to many facets of accounting that would not be available at a more traditional accounting firm.

Potential roles within the Accounting and Finance department include Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Assistant Controller, Controller, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Payroll Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst and more.
