Jet Linx offers client-facing roles in more than 20 Base locations nationwide where team members provide Five-Star service to clients and ensure Base goals and strategic initiatives are met. Other than ground crews and maintenance technicians, Base Vice Presidents and teams of Personal Flight Concierge provide the single point of contact to Aircraft Owners, business partners and Jet Card Members. The Flight Concierge teams comply with Jet Linx Five-Star Service standards to provide detailed, personalized and anticipatory service to all Jet Linx clients. Base Vice Presidents oversee personnel management and assist with other administrative duties to improve the overall function of a Base.

 

Working at Jet Linx private terminals in client-facing roles requires the ability to promptly resolve all service issues with a sense of urgency and the ability to frequently communicate with all levels of the company, as well as the ability to maintain relationships with Aircraft Owners and Jet Card Members. The Personal Flight Concierge team works closely with the Central Concierge department to provide quotes, itineraries, trip logistics, while also providing unique customer service to clients, including food and beverage service, or anything else required to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactive communication, documentation of service improvement opportunities, and the ability to engage with clients to promote and upsell services and partnerships is required. Roles at local Base teams must be flexible and able to work non-traditional hours and holidays.

 

Potential roles at Jet Linx Base locations include Junior Flight Concierge, Personal Flight Concierge, Senior Personal Flight Concierge, Base Vice President, as well as administrative support functions at the National Operations Center including Executive Trainer, Executive Assistant, Hospitality Coordinator and more.

 

Centralized Services

The Centralized Services department provides support on a national scale to local Base Flight Concierge teams and flight crews through two different teams: Crewing and Central Concierge. The Crewing team ensures that every trip is scheduled with the qualified crew, and this role requires a broad working knowledge of flight operations and the Jet Linx model. The Concierge Support team is responsible for supporting the operational needs of the local base Personal Flight Concierge team. This role handles all operationally-focused tasks for Member trips, including all logistics, as well as communicating operational concerns to the local concierge team. Both teams in the department work to establish and refine service delivery to ensure that each client receives consistent Five-Star experiences from local Base teams.

 

While not a client-facing role, a candidate in the Centralized Services Department needs to possess strong cross-functional communication skills with internal and external partners while being able to multitask, provide logistical support, and utilize different systems to stay in touch with team members from different departments working in different areas of the country. Previous aviation experience is helpful but training will be provided after hiring. Most roles will be performed from the National Operations Center, but remote opportunities are possible. A flexible schedule is also required, as Member trips can take place on Holidays, evenings and weekends.
