Waypoints
Service Anniversary Program
The Jet Linx Waypoints program recognizes and celebrates your career with Jet Linx, honoring career milestones and years of service with the company. With every year of service, a team member will receive a framed certificate to celebrate their time with the Company. At certain career milestones (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, and beyond!), team members also receive a commemorative pin. These milestones are also shared via internal newsletters, celebrated on a wall display at the Jet Linx National Operations Center, and recognized at Company Town Hall events. Waypoints not only honors team members for soaring with Jet Linx by commemorating past service, it celebrates future success.
Team Incentive Program (TIP!)
Referral Program
The Team Incentive Program is designed to reward team members for referring the best talent for open positions and new leads for Aircraft Management and Jet Card clients. Team member referrals help to fuel our continued success, which is why the TIP program makes it easy for team members to submit referral online. If the proper requirements are met, team members can be eligible a referral bonus with the amount depending on the referral type. Team member (crew and non-crew) referrals, Jet Card and Aircraft Management referral bonuses can range from $3,000 to $10,000 (subject to taxes and deferrals). Jet Linx is always seeking top talent, and we trust our team members to provide the best referrals!
Jet Linx University
Professional & Personal Development
Jet Linx University (JLU) is a robust learning and development platform offered to all Jet Linx team members. The University features course progressions that align with a team member’s career journey and are available online and on demand. Brought to life in 2022, the platform features content designed to expand knowledge, develop skills and enrich both personal and professional life, no matter the location or department of a given student.
While development of the platform is ongoing, JLU offers five core course progressions including INDOC and onboarding, leadership lessons for management, department-specific training, compliance, and personal and professional development courses. Sample courses include Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Success Habits, Effective Listening, Developing a Learning Mindset and Having Difficult Conversations.
Better yet, an agreement between Jet Linx and LinkedIn Learning allows for Jet Linx team members to access more than 8,700 courses and over 200,000 learning resources such as tutorials and video clips covering a wide range of topics. The learning content in the program will continuously evolve, but the optional education resources is meant to enhance the personal and career journeys that all team members experience. JLU reinforces the Company’s commitment to Supply the High to not only our clients, but to every member of our team as well.
Launch & Learn
Education Assistance Program
In addition to the educational resources available through Jet Linx University, Jet Linx offers tuition reimbursement and financial support through the Launch and Learn Educational Assistance Program. Our company is committed to offering compelling and meaningful support to the professional development of our team.
To qualify, Jet Linx team members must be employed at least three months with a satisfactory level of performance as documented by the team member’s immediate supervisor and be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited educational institution or pursuing a professional license/certification related to their current position. Award amounts are determined by number of approved applications each semester, with up to $20,000 total financial support available each cycle.

Core Values Recognition Program
The first formal Jet Linx “High Supplier” program was developed in 2013 as a way of recognizing team members who truly embody our core values (selflessness, dedication, enthusiasm, integrity and compassion) and go above and beyond in service to our clients or our fellow team members. All Jet Linx team members can nominate one another for acts that highlight one or all core values each month. The Supply the High (STH) committee, comprised of over a dozen team members from all departments, then evaluates each nomination to recognize the best of the best each month. A “nomination roundup” is shared weekly to all members of the company, featuring all stories received that week in order to recognize and celebrate the STH culture. Monthly winners receive a framed certificate and a prize in recognition of their efforts.
In 2022, Jet Linx launched a new set of ten annual awards to recognize overall team member performance and contributions to company culture. The STH-5 Core Values and Superlative Awards are voted on by senior leadership, and winning team members win a cash prize and trip to the annual Jet Linx Leadership Summit in Omaha, Nebraska.
CLIMB
Wellness & Volunteerism Program
The Jet Linx Climb program recognizes and encourages members of the Jet Linx team to engage in their communities and further their personal wellness. Monthly contests recognize individual team members and Jet Linx locations for their overall volunteer and fitness/activity hours. In 2022, the Company also launched the Supply the Change Day initiative, offering each team member a full paid workday to volunteer at a cause meaningful to them.
