Human Resources Careers
The Jet Linx Human Resources (HR) department consists of both our Talent team, responsible for recruiting new and exceptional talent, and the Human Resource team, that supports functions such as payroll, benefits enrollment, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, wellness initiatives, and other project-based duties including employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. The Talent team consists of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists that build a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates. Members of the Jet Linx HR department regularly attend industry events to foster relationships with partners and build talent pipelines that support recruitment strategies.
Members of the HR team must possess previous experience in human resources or recruiting, and aviation experience is preferred. All candidates must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Those working in our HR department can expect to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
