Sales
The Jet Linx Sales department consists of regional and national teams focusing on Aircraft Management and Jet Card Membership sales. The Sales team works to generate revenue and develop business in order to grow the Jet Linx fleet of managed aircraft and also to find new Members for the Jet Card program. A member of the Sales team must possess the ability to form close personal relationships and should have experience selling luxury products; aviation experience is preferred but not required. Training and necessary tools for success will be provided in order to meet sales goals and other quotas.
The Sales team most often operates independently and remotely, so exceptional decision-making, strategic planning and critical thinking are required. Experience maintaining accurate records with a CRM (Hubspot), preparing proposals, representing Jet Linx at marketing events and national trade shows is required. The ability to travel frequently is also important, as the sales team will represent Jet Linx at events and be responsible for maintaining close relationships with prospects and clients.
Potential roles within the Sales department include Sales Development Representative, Director of Jet Card Sales, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Aircraft Management, and more.
Marketing
The Jet Linx Marketing department supports all company marketing, advertising and corporate communications efforts to strengthen sales and continuously improve the brand in all communications and campaigns. Through both written and visual content, in physical and digital mediums, the Marketing team maintains consistency to assist Base sales efforts, National Operations Center departments and client/internal communications. This award-winning team manages all Jet Linx communication resources, including the company’s flagship publication, SOAR magazine.
Team members within the Marketing department must be detail-oriented and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and be comfortable working with all levels of the company to complete special projects as needed. Flexibility and the ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple sources is necessary. Written and interpersonal communication skills are required, as the marketing department supports functions and campaigns for Bases and departments across the country. Team members are sought for previous experience and familiarity with various design programs and other tools of the trade.
Potential roles in the marketing department include Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, and Content Specialist and Copywriter.
