Last month, members of the Jet Linx team enjoyed sportsmanship and competition for a good cause – the Ronald McDonald House Charities Omaha. Ray Bennett, Jet Linx Aviation Vice President of Sales, and Bruce Tuttle, Jet Linx Aviation Director of Compliance, joined friends to compete in the Clays for Kids event held at the Oak Creek Sporting Club.

The 2015 Jet Linx Aviation Institute Golf Classic was a huge success! This year’s outing, held Monday, Sept. 21, benefited the University of Nebraska Omaha’s Aviation Institute and six scholarships for the Institute, including the Larry Smith Memorial Scholarship. Over 130 golfers attended the event at Player’s Club at Deer Creek.

Every week, Jeremy Parks visits a local middle school. He spends an hour with a student – the same student every week. They talk; play chess – a new skill for Parks. At the end of the hour, Parks goes back to his job as Director of IT for Jet Linx Private Jets and the student goes back to class. Parks isn’t a tutor; he’s a mentor with TeamMates.

Jet Linx, a private jet company based in Omaha, Nebr., is excited to help celebrate National Mentoring Month in January 2015. Jet Linx supports the TeamMates Mentoring Program, founded by Tom and Nancy Osborne in 1991.

This past weekend, Offutt AFB held its annual and ever popular air show. Jet Linx is an ardent supporter of aviation-related activities in the community.
