Jet Linx Houston – Private Terminal Walkthrough
In October of 2018, Jet Linx Houston (originally established in 2013) moved into a newly reimagined, expanded private jet terminal at William P. Hobby Airport.
This Texas-sized terminal boasts 57,000 square feet of space, a 77% increase in size over the size of the former location. Houston’s private terminal is located off of Telephone Rd. on the southwest side of the airport, providing easy access to Jet Card members and aircraft owners.
Jet Linx Houston offers ease of access to nearby destinations:
- 15 minutes from downtown Houston
- 15 minutes to NRG Stadium
- 40 minutes to Galveston Beach
- Easy access to I-45
Houston Jet Card members and aircraft owners can drive their vehicles directly onto the ramp for planeside boarding, bypassing the private terminal completely if they are anxious to get on their way. When parked, a Jet Linx team member will unpack luggage and valet the cars to a secure location. When members and owners return, they will find their car wash and parked planeside.
Jet Card members and aircraft owners are welcomed into a large, two-story reception area where the Jet Linx Houston Flight Concierge team greets them at the door with beverage in hand.
A private conference room allows business travelers to remain productive before boarding. A secondary conference room (not pictured) also features a wall-mounted screen.
Hints of Texan flair can be found throughout the private jet terminal, contrasting with the modern design.
Jet Linx Houston leadership and local ambassadors are heavily involved as volunteers in local rodeos and other nonprofit agricultural organizations.
Whenever Jet Card members or aircraft owners enter the facility, the Flight Concierge team stands ready to assist with any last-minute travel needs, such as arranging ground transportation or booking accommodations. For those who have never been to Houston, the front desk makes a great place to find recommendations for dining and entertainment.
Leather sofas and recliners with ramp views provide a comfortable space for Jet Linx clients to unwind before a private jet flight.
Many guests find themselves seated near the well-outfitted kitchenette. Waiting for departure in style is all part of the Jet Linx experience.
The Jet Linx Houston kitchenette comes fully stocked with premium client-preferred beverages, and a fully-functioning soda machine ensures that all members and owners will find something they can enjoy.
Opposite the lounge bar and kitchenette, small groups can huddle in comfort with custom-designed furniture that hearkens back to the yesteryear of aviation.
The 57,000 square foot hangar provides plenty of room for private jets managed by the Houston team.
