Favorite part of your job: Solving any technical issues that come up and doing what I can to make a team member’s day better.
Describe the Jet Linx team in one word: Persistent.
Favorite Jet Linx memory or experience: Any time spent with the private aviation IT team I work with on a daily basis – like team outings or our company celebrations.
Little known fact about yourself, or favorite hobby: I enjoy playing strategic board games.
What might someone find surprising about your job: To support our private jet operation, We actually have to call other companies’ technical support teams quite often.
