Inside Jet Linx with Keith Harbison, Jet Linx St. Louis Base Partner
A successful businessman and entrepreneur, Keith Harbison has been integral to the success of many St. Louis-area companies, including Harbison Corporation (under the operating company name Pretium Packaging LLC) and Baur Properties. When Jet Linx looked to St. Louis to open its seventh location in 2013, Harbison (pictured below [center] with fellow St. Louis Base Partners Jim Mauzé [left] and Bob Hermann [right]) saw an exciting and new profitable equation.
“I looked at it as a one plus one equals … well, three or four,” he said. “The combination of the professionalism, operational capabilities and safety of the nation’s seventh largest operator combined with a local face – a team of dedicated people known in their community – the model just makes sense.”
The Jet Linx St. Louis facility has seen tremendous growth since opening at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. The location simply cannot be beat. Harbison points to “location, location, location” as a huge draw for Jet Linx, the only private aviation provider based at Lambert. The facility itself, however, adds another layer of appeal. “It just has a great, club-like feeling,” Harbison noted. “Clients and their guests feel comfortable there.”
Harbison attributes much of this success not only to the location, but to the Base team. “The team we have assembled at the St. Louis Base makes people feel welcome, and is run by a true industry professional – one who is customer-focused and deep in industry knowledge (Base President Rich Ropp).”
Harbison and the rest of the Jet Linx St. Louis team look forward to the continued growth of our St. Louis Base, bringing high touch service to the heart of aviation at Lambert Airport.
