JET LINX OMAHA HOSTS MAGICAL SENDOFF FOR MAKE-A-WISH TEEN
A special wish trip in Omaha began with one goal: give a local teen and his family a joyful start to a trip built entirely around him. In partnership with Make-A-Wish Nebraska, we transformed our Omaha terminal into a Harry Potter-inspired send-off before Keyton and his family departed for Orlando to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, along with Disney parks and SeaWorld.
That send-off was filled with small, personal details that made the morning feel special.

A Wish Trip Built for One Family
When Keyton arrived, he had no idea what was waiting inside. Our Omaha Base had transformed the space with a balloon arch, floating candles, and a Platform 9¾ display complete with themed luggage and Hedwig the owl.
A character inspired by Ollivander welcomed Keyton, presented him with a custom wand, and spent time talking with him about favorite characters and moments from the series. Keyton and his brothers also took turns with a talking Sorting Hat, while Hogwarts-themed VIP badges and a Ravenclaw flag helped the whole family feel part of the story.
Why the Jet Linx Omaha Make-A-Wish Moment Mattered
What made the event resonate was not only the theme. It was the care behind it. The experience gave Keyton and his family a pause from daily routines and a chance to start the trip with joy already in motion.
As Keyton’s mom, Katie Crone, put it, “I’m just excited that he gets a trip that’s centered around him. A true ‘yes’ trip – where the answer is just, ‘Sure, let’s do it.’ He’s battled so much, and it means everything to give him a week where he doesn’t have to think about those battles.”
