Summary:
The Manager, Sr Flight Concierge serves as a direct manager of members of the Central Flight Concierge team and plays a critical role in driving the delivery of exceptional, consistent member experience. This position is responsible for overseeing flight concierge operations related to member travel, setting service standards, and ensuring seamless coordination of trip logistics across internal teams and external partners happens timely.
In addition to directly managing Sr. Flight Concierge, the Manager is responsible for fostering a unified, service-driven culture in partnership with Jet Linx operational teams and base concierge, Regional Vice Presidents, and Base Managers. The position ensures central flight concierge operations are coordinated, client interactions are executed with precision, anticipation, and attention to detail to support premium ownership and travel experience.

- Flight Concierge Operations & Member Experience
- Support the Executive Concierge in the end-to-end client experience for VIP/High Profile assigned members, including trip planning, quoting, logistics, and communication.
- Establish, communicate and uphold Flight Concierge service standards, including Five-Star experience expectations, audits, and quality assurance measures.
- Deploy Sr. Flight Concierge team members as training and peer mentor resources to Base Flight Concierge, Base Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents as needed so that Flight Concierge are trained and supported to a consistent standard.
- Manage volumes and regional support levers to ensure clients are receiving exceptional experience at the bases.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
- Partner closely with Base Concierge teams, GSOC, Sales, and Operations to ensure trips are operationally approved and executed as planned, with clear and timely communication across stakeholders.
- Maintain real-time awareness of trip status through Jet Linx systems and communication tools, guiding the team as issues arise and ensuring follow-up is completed.
- Support new member onboarding by coordinating with local Sales and Flight Concierge teams and ensuring accurate profile setup.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments, acting as a bridge to remove obstacles and improve the overall member and base experience.
- Planning, Analysis & Process Improvement
- Maintain a forward-looking view of upcoming member and owner trips to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage the OSA process, including issue collection, resolution, trend analysis, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage travel arrangements and communications related to Jet Linx agency partner memberships.

Summary:
The Charter Sales Executive is responsible for creating a book of wholesale charter clients and growing charter revenue using the Jet Linx managed fleet of private jets. The Charter Sales Executive must be highly motivated to sell and able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage current and prospective wholesale clients to generate charter activity and forge lasting relationships.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with industry partners and prospective clients through outgoing marketing efforts to promote Jet Linx fleet and grow charter business.
- Create business through use of NBAA Airmail and general/constant outreach.
- Market the Jet Linx Super-Mid and Heavy fleet of aircraft, targeting International and Road Show opportunities.

Jet Linx is seeking qualified Second in Command candidates for our Midsize jet aircraft for Part 91 and 135 flight operations. Applicant must live in or be willing to relocate to the base area. It is expected that the candidate lives, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour call out time of their home base.
Position Summary
The Second in Command (SIC) reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The SIC helps prepare and ensure the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Time – 1500 hours
- Total PIC – 500 hours
- Total Multi-Engine – 500 hours
- Total Turbine – 100 hours
- Total Instrument – 150 hours
- Essential Functions:
- Manage duty, flight, and rest times to requirements of both the company and CFRs
- Maintain communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports
- Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications
- Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current
- Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate
- Convey strong, proactive decision-making skills
- Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values in all interactions
Other Requirements:
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Current passport
- ATP (ability to obtain ATP)
- 1st Class Medical
- FCC Restricted Radio License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing when required; anyone in a safety-sensitive function will be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), and amphetamines.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries
- Ability to release and pass a FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Majority of work is completed in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals
- Move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
Compensation:
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members. Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $89,000 to $125,000. Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.
